It’s back
So the puesdomonas is back and in her blood. Â It isn’t good news. Â Everyone is still being very cool and relaxed about it. Â Which is good. Â But we need to find the source of where this is coming from. Â Everyone thinks that it is her lungs and we agree.
The reality is is that we are dealing with a super bug and there is only so much longer we can fight with this bug before we run out of antibiotics to treat it with. Â And we all know where that ends up. Â Still I remember praying hard that God would spare Aria a second transplant if He didn’t intend to give her a decent crack at life afterward. Â And He did. Â So I guess I just have to trust that faith I have, that He will see her through this and that He has the power to fully overcome this bug.
On a positive note her intestine looked great from the scope the other day. Â This intestine rocks. Â I was a bit nervous heading down to the scope now I know what to look for. Â But the Attending said it looked gorgeous. Â We haven’t got the final results back, but I think the team have and in hospital no news is good news.
Aria is still having headaches and wasn’t herself yesterday. Â Poor girl, it is a bit sucky for her. Â Daddy and Ashie came to have dinner with us and she slept right through!
Hamish and I were supposed to head out for dinner on Friday to celebrate our anniversary. Â Don’t think that is happening. Â I sometimes wonder about God’s plan. Â Sometimes I feel like there is a big stick constantly whacking away at our life. Â I can’t lie and say the past 10 years have been easy and blissful. Â Sometimes I really wish we had an easy life.
Anyway enough from me, it is early morning and I might see if Aria will let me catch some more ZZZs

Aria’s story has always touched me. I have been following her blog for awhile now. My daughter suffers from a severe intestinal disorder(Actually the same one as Same Davy, I have been following his story as well).
I know Aria will pull through and this super bug will go away. She has made it so far, I couldn’t imagine anything stopping her now!! God bless her and your family<3

Sorry to hear of the reoccurring puesdomonas. We are praying that the doctors will find the source with a cure. God is in control in these difficult times.

Ohh I’m so sorry to hear the news. I pray for you and your family every day, and also wonder why it seems that you get so many knocks. Little Aria is a battler and an inspiration to us all here, however that doesnt help you or Hamish when you are struggling with the daily ups and downs of life with a seriously ill child. I pray and hope that some small miracle will happen for you today and that you will feel the power of everyones prayers back her in NZ. God bless you and your family xx.

Sorry to hear of this setback, praying that Aria will respond quickly to the ABX and will soon be feeling a lot better, her and God have overcome before, they will again. Praying the headaches will go away, the are never nice, also praying that somehow you will get to go out and celebrate your anniversary, (wish I was there) Hope you managed to get some more zzzzz’s Lots of love

Poor Aria! Praying the superbug will go away, & STAY AWAY! She is such a brave little girl! Glad to hear about her intestine looking good! Get some rest, and hopefully the doctors will give you even more good news soon! God Bless!

Sorry to hear about the rough time you are all having. Praying the superbug will be defeated, the headaches will go and you will get some much needed rest – we have an amazing prayer answering God. Amen!!! Thank you Papa for healing Aria and granting a big snooze for your dear daughter Anita and sons Hamish & Ashe, thank you so much Papa that you will give them so much joy.
