Christmas Eve Deja vu
This isn’t the first time Aria has escaped hospital on Christmas Eve. Â Yes! Â She is home in time for Christmas and that is really nice considering we weren’t expecting it at all.
The verdict is is that we have found the cause of Aria headaches and sleeplessness. Â We are really excited about that. Â I don’t think we can quite wave the victory flag just yet but perhaps a few more days we might see how the new treatment is working. Â Since starting the bipap Aria has only complained on headaches twice. Â The second time was this afternoon and we sent her to bed for a nap and it is now 5.30 and it looks like she is down for the night. Â Finally it seems she can rest.
This is a pic of her today with her new mask. Â It looks awful and covers her whole face but she tells us that she likes it and she falls asleep quickly and most importantly she sleep solidly. Â We skyped with the family this arvo and her door was open and she slept thru the whole thing.

Â Sounds just like something God would do, humble himself to our level even though He is God. Â Wow – He didn’t need to do it. Â But He did. Â Born that man no more may die. Â Awesome.

In God’s pefect time and it is done. So glad Aria and family can get some much needed rest and home for Christmas too. So thankful God gave us a son who we can go to for any help we need.

I hope the new treatment brings releif for Aria from the headaches I am constantly in awe of her courage and resilance and of course your strength and the wonderful support the family gives her. The miracle happened! You are together on Christmas Day to enjoy lamb. Will it be with mint sauce??? Colombian Christmas is the 24th night. So ours is over.

So glad Aria is home for Christmas.As I worked at the hospital serving meals for those who had to be in on Christmas day,I tried to treat them all as if they were my family.Especially significant as someone has done it for all of you in the past.It was kind of hard not going to all the familygetting together in Caloundra,we had our big lunch together with one of the ladies I work with,so it was different espesially eating at the hospital.Enjoy today do hope the weather isnt as unusual as it has been here and elsewhere in the world hugs to you all
