We tried
Aria got worse last night and she remains septic. Â We aren’t winning with this bug, not yet.
She is back on the ventilator.  The team worked really hard to keep her off using a cpap mask and breathing treatments but she just got tired and we had to intubate her.
Honestly, I believe she will get thru this and her bone marrow will be restored. Â That is what I feel like God is telling me. Â But I know that Aria is in a really bad place. Â Bugs in her blood and no immune system to fight it. Â Her passing into the arms of Jesus is something we are really thinking about and praying about and sometimes praying for. Â As bizzare as that sounds, her current life is no life at all.
Do you know what I keep thinking- Jesus died for me, for me, for Aria, how amazing is that??
Really hard day, I am signing off. Â Please storm the heavens for our girl, we love her so much and our world seems barren without her. Â Even now.

Jane says:Father God, May your will for Aria’s life be accomplished on earth as it is in Heaven. For Father we know that no bug super or not can survive in opposition to your will. I pray that the same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead will quicken Aria’s little body and bring peace and rest to Anita, Hamish and Asher. I ask in Jesus name, Amen. Love you guys.

Joyce says:God has used Aria’s journey in so many ways to touch and change my life.Even today someone is being touched. What a family you all are to be so strong and faithful. God uses each of us in some way and through Aria he shown us so many miracles. He is in control still and I just pray daily that his will be done. May he continue to hold you all tightly in his arms.

Anne & Colin Andrews says:Hi Anita, Hamish and Asher
Colin and I have walked this journey with you all through your highs and lows, and yet again the high looks on the horizon after the lows of yesterday. Wow, what an amazing little lady Aria continues to be…..she, along with yourselves are surely an inspiration to all the children and parents facing similar dilemmas. While it is not easy (I have tears in my eyes typing this)to hang in there, Aria will decide for herself to keep shrugging her little shoulders and accepting your love and kisses which must be so important to her.
